SITC, LLC d/b/a Safety in the Crosshairs
Effective 05/01/2018

Every order that you place on our Site or directly with our Customer Service Representatives will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these Terms of Sale. The final details of your order will be listed at the end of the checkout process. Following completion of the checkout process, we will send you an email confirming receipt of your order, detailing the products you have ordered with an order number, and setting forth the shipping address and delivery method for your order. This email is not an order acceptance from us, and your order will not be completed and accepted until we notify you that it has been received at the Store and is ready for pick-up. Please inform us immediately if there are any errors in your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order and/or prevent access to the Site at any time, with or without cause.

Payment for your complete order is applied to your credit card at the time of your order. If there are backordered items on your order and you wish to cancel them, a credit for the items will be issued to your credit card. If we are unable to supply any products that you have ordered, we will contact you by email or phone, and a refund for the unshipped items will be applied to your credit card.

The information on our Sites may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies and may not be complete or current. We therefore reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after you have placed your order). Please note that such errors, inaccuracies or omissions may relate to product description, pricing and availability. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.

For returns without a receipt

Upon your arrival at the SITC, LLC store, thoroughly inspect the firearm to verify the firearm that you are receiving is the firearm you ordered by checking the make, model, and caliber/gauge of the firearm. If there is an issue with the firearm you ordered, do NOT complete the transfer paperwork or background check.

Once the firearm leaves an SITC, LLC store or an FFL dealer (out of state transfers), the firearm cannot be returned. This is why it is very important to thoroughly inspect the firearm to make sure there are no issues.

It is the customer’s responsibility to follow all federal, state, and local laws. There are many websites and agencies that provide information about firearm laws that must be adhered to when transferring a firearm. Here are a few:

atf.gov – The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearm & Explosives (ATF) official website.
nraila.org – An NRA website that provides firearm laws and regulations by state.
atf.gov/publications/firearms/ – The ATF link for state laws governing firearms.

We will do our best to answer your questions, but it is your responsibility to be in compliance with all federal, state, and local laws regarding firearm transfer and ownership.

New firearms purchased at SITC, LLC d/b/a Safety in the Crosshairs are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Please see the manufacturer’s website or owner’s manual for specific details.
